About the RoleAs a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure warehouse, stock levels, and stock control are maintained to uphold the highest store standards for our customers. You will also: Train team members and lead the replenishment shift to high standards Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently Support the delivery of promotional seasonal activities Operate and implement processes that ensure legal compliance Maintain the store’s presentation, availability, and customer service quality Ensure Health and Safety compliance This role offers excellent development opportunities, with a clear pathway to Deputy Store Manager and beyond!
