Job Description Senior Civil Engineer – Development Infrastructure Birmingham|£40,000 – £55,000 + Benefits We’re working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy as they expand their Birmingham office, and they’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to play a key role in the continued growth of their infrastructure team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a range of residential and mixed-use development schemes, manage your own projects, and help shape a high-performing regional team What You’ll Be Doing: Designing infrastructure solutions across highways, drainage, and external works Managing project delivery from concept to completion Overseeing Section 278, 38, 104, and 185 technical submissions Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development Remaining hands-on with design, modelling, and technical detail What We’re Looking For: 7–10 years’ UK consultancy experience (ideally with a residential focus) Solid technical understanding of drainage and highway design Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage (or equivalent) Strong communication and organisational skills A commercial mindset and the confidence to manage client relationships What’s On Offer: £40,000 – £55,000 salary (DOE) Flexible holiday allowance Company pension scheme Hybrid working Challenging, high-profile projects Autonomy, ownership, and clear career progression This is a great opportunity to join a respected consultancy at a key growth phase Apply now or get in touch to find out more: |#J-18808-Ljbffr
