The Opportunity A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruitment consultant/ or experienced sales professional to join our team of 14 in Hays Portadown. This exciting opportunity is to work within our Engineering specialism. A truly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team that contributes significantly to the success of not just the wider NI region, but our entire UK&I business. This team are currently the top performing Engineering specialism across our whole UK&I business. Business Development / Sales – to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients. Identifying and building partnerships with new candidates and working with them to secure their career ambitions. Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both your clients and candidates. Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
