Eligibility for the trainee programme requires: A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience. A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience. Four or more years of relevant experience.
