We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading. As a Maintenance Engineer you willwork as part of the maintenance team responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard. The role involves reactive and planned preventative maintenance, as well as compliance work including property audits and recording data such as meter readings. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week, between 8am and 7pm. Your skills and experience: Knowledge and experience of basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrics, and decorating. The ability to prioritize work efficiently and keep people informed on planned completion timelines. You are enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team.
