The successful candidate will manage project objectives, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and continuously improve our processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can exceed client expectations and ensure the successful delivery of projects. How you'll make an impact Collaborate with consultants and clients to discuss project objectives and requirements Build and maintain project plans, logs, and timelines Take ownership of the project process and ensure all stakeholders are aware of their roles and deadlines Deliver A2B sites for clients based on fact find documents Manage timescales to meet client deadlines or inform clients of any changes Efficiently allocate resources to ensure effective project management Respond to support queries within prescribed service levels Ensure clients are serviced based on agreed pricing and profitability Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Develop knowledge of A2B administrative tasks Act as the project manager for A2B renewals and new builds, including project planning, calls, task updates, and post-implementation meetings Follow established procedures and systems to deliver client activity in compliance with internal guidelines Serve as a main point of contact for scheme implementation enquiries and provide accurate and timely responses Hand over sites to clients, including UAT releases and feedback collection Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines Provide additional support during peak periods for tasks typically handled by other team members About You Project Management qualification Minimum 2 years of proven experience Solid track record of leading flexible benefit projects Previous experience in an employee benefits business Ability to build and maintain project plans Strong client management and communication skills Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and proactive Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours Quick learner who embraces challenges Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed #LI-TM2 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
