Shift Patterns Available: Day Shifts:08:00 AM - 17:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) Afternoon Shifts:15:00 PM - 21:30 PM Sleep-in Shifts:21:00 PM - 08:30 AM Waking Night Shifts:21:00 PM - 08:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Conducting Assessments: Carry out comprehensive family assessments, evaluating parenting skills, child development, Providing Direct Support: Offer hands-on guidance and support to parents-this may include parenting advice, childcare assistance, and helping families navigate local services. Collaborative Working: Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals including social workers, therapists, and health visitors to ensure a wraparound approach to care. Observational & Report Writing: Conduct 20-minute observational recordings inMother & Baby units , focusing on parent-infant interactions and care routines. Accurately document and upload reports to the internal system to contribute to formal assessments and reviews.
