As an Area Funeral & Memorial Consultant, you’ll provide support to funeral homes across our End of life services trading area. You’ll deliver compassionate end of life care, support, and client experience through arranging and delivering funerals, memorial services, and aftercare. You will be the primary contact for clients, supporting them through funeral and memorial decisions, respecting their individual wishes to create personal tributes. This role supports our branches in Hinton, Frome, Gillingham, Shaftesbury & Warminster, so candidates should reside within a reasonable distance. Flexibility to cover other branches may be required. You will need a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. The salary includes a fixed addition of £1, to contribute towards insurance, travel time, and vehicle wear. Business mileage expenses can be reclaimed. This role is rewarding for individuals passionate about building relationships, helping people, and providing excellent service to the bereaved. What to expect Welcoming clients, guiding them through funeral arrangements with sensitivity and building rapport. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all arrangements, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers, maintaining communication with families. Maintaining compliance with policies, legislation, KPIs, and regulations, ensuring client confidence. Proper care of the deceased, conducting daily checks, and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families. Engaging in community initiatives and promoting our brand locally.
