Job Title: Work Winning NO.1 Project Manager (Drylining) Location: Central London Type: Temp-Perm With a turnover of over GBP 100 million, one of the UK's leading specialised fit-out contractors is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within drylining, suspended ceilings, and partitions. Some of the key duties include: Programming responsibilities from contract programme onwards Site setup and strategy, including logistics Planning Managing the project as the number 1 Daily site management and weekly progress reporting Checking contractors' RAMS for approval, ticket records, and managing inductions Checking and approving benchmarks from contractors Managing and facilitating joinery and kitchen installations on site Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish Having in-depth knowledge of drylining and its installation process Completing tasks within budgetary limitations The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working on-site on projects valued over GBP 2 million, be able to travel into Central, City, and West London, and hold CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid site certifications.
