Our school was re-built in 2013 and now features a welcoming entrance plaza, state of the art technology and a diverse range of learning spaces and sports facilities.We Are Seeking To Appoint An Individual ToTo provide efficient and effective site management to the Academy ensuring the security, maintenance, cleanliness and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the Spencer Academies Trust standards. To assist the Principal & the Trust Estates and Facilities Team to set the maintenance budget and future plans. The Facilities Manager will have delegated responsibility for premises decisions following appropriate discussion with the Principal or Trust Estates and Facilities Team. To provide effective line management of the site and out of hours staff, to liaise with contract cleaning and the catering as appropriate to ensure agreed SLA’s are maintained. To oversee the lettings of the Academy including all sports facilities and school spaces, ensuring the SLA’s and necessary Health and Safety, Fire Precautions are met.
