We'd like you to join us as aSupport Workerto support our client at their home inRainham (Essex) When you'll be working: This position ismaternity cover onlyWednesday and Thursdays (3pm-7pm) Plus note the above hours are for term time and in the school holidays will change to Wed & Thurs (10am-4pm) and alternate Saturdays (9am-2pm)What you'll be doing: This role is to support a 16 year old boy with complex health needs in his family home. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, managing clinical equipment and enabling the client to engage in social activities. Our client loves his PlayStation, iPad, playing games, going on his swing set and in the pool in the summer.Full training and ongoing support will be provided for this role.
