Your Responsibilities:Manage the outbound logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods. Lead and mentor a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards during the picking and packing processes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in outbound operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Goods Out Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a warehouse environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of logistics and inventory management principles. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Forklift certification is a plus.
