Role Description:The Technical Consultant is responsible for various roles in Service Delivery, including solution design, technical implementation, application/business rules configuration, deployment, training, and documentation as part of a larger project team. She/he performs implementation through a structured methodology, ensuring deployment, knowledge transfer, adherence to best practices, and successful go-live. Projects involve both on-site and remote work, providing a dynamic environment. To meet client and company needs, the Technical Consultant collaborates with the Delivery team and colleagues from Sales, Presales, Customer Success, and Operations. A Technical Consultant works within a specific domain of expertise, developing across multiple competency dimensions and roles on different projects. Responsibilities:Understand customer requirements and technical architecture, designing solutions accordingly. Assist in scope definition, requirements analysis, and design. Contribute to technical proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Develop user interfaces, databases, and backend logic for system integration with third-party systems like ERPs, WMS, MES, or PLC. Perform installation, configuration, deployment, administration, and maintenance of solutions using cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure. Create and execute user acceptance testing materials. Assist in labeling process and solution consulting. Proactively communicate project status, identifying potential roadblocks. Coordinate project activities, schedules, and reports. Provide third-level technical support on-site and remotely. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Build trustworthy relationships with clients, partners, and Loftware. Required Qualifications:Associate’s degree or equivalent, with 2-3 years in a technology environment. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Ability to assess client needs and provide creative solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL principles and SQL Server 2016+. Experience with Windows Server 2016+ (IIS, Active Directory). Mobile app development experience is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus. Self-motivated with good prioritization and ownership skills. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong planning and customer relationship skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Willingness to learn new technologies independently. Fluent in English; additional languages like German, Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus. Soft Skills:Tenacious, intelligent, entrepreneurial.
