If you want to join our mission to help the UK’s most underserved consumers, we want to hear from you!What you’ll do:As part of the CRM team, your responsibilities will include:Launching and managing CRM campaigns that wow our customers and drive revenue Designing and executing A/B tests to optimise performance and boost conversion. Creating ad-hoc campaigns to surprise and delight our customers. Maintaining clean, consistent, and effective campaign setups. Translating ideas into clear creative briefs for our design team. Sharing insights and workflows with stakeholders.Here’s what a normal day in the job might look like:Collaborating with commercial, product, and brand marketing teams. Using smart segmentation to tailor communications. Tracking campaign metrics and turning insights into action. Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.Succeeding in your first few months includes:Delivering impactful campaigns that improve engagement and retention. Gaining fluency in our CRM tools and processes. Establishing strong working relationships across teams.
