Stand out from the crowd by joining London’s first ‘Super Boutique’ hotel. We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join The Londoner, our 5-Star Luxury Hotel. Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the Londoner team as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all the food and beverage outlets alongside the extensive meeting and events operation. Ensure all the food and beverage outlets achieve their revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals at all times. Direct the food and beverage management team to ensure both customer and employee satisfaction in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded, whilst seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience via relevant feedback platforms. Support, coach, develop, and mentor the heads of departments within the food and beverage operation and evaluate service levels. Implement and develop strategies to improve where necessary. About You: Current Food and Beverage Management experience within a large-scale multi-outlet food and beverage operation within a 4 or 5-star hotel. Outstanding leadership, coaching, planning, and communication skills with a strategic approach and forward planning. Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analyzing historical data, forecasts, and revenues, implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue, and control wage costs.
