About The Role: Shift Pattern:5 in 7 days - variable Please note:This is a temporary positionKey responsibilities include: Creating seasonal food and drink menus for the site and events Overseeing all staff, including kitchen assistants, chefs, and servers, ensuring compliance with client needs and legal requirements Training team members on menus, serving procedures, etiquette, safety standards, and regulations Planning catering operations within budgets, managing food, equipment, staffing, and supplies Establishing relationships with vendors to ensure best prices and quality What we are looking for: Experience managing Contract Catering operations and teams Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent, with unit management experience Proven leadership skills to motivate and mentor chefs Experience building relationships with clients and staff Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes Candidate criteria: Right to work in the UK Willingness to undergo DBS or Security checks NVQ Level 3 or higher in Hospitality is advantageous Management experience in contract catering Excellent customer service skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Food hygiene Level 2 certificate is beneficial How to Apply: If interested in joining a company that supports professional growth and career development, click apply and register your interest.
