In this back-of-house role, you'll ensure all delivery items are inspected for quantity, quality, use-by date, and temperature. You'll also ensure all deliveries are stored correctly following good food hygiene and safety standards, and in units with shared storage areas, deliveries are kept separate and stored in appropriate areas, adhering to strict stock guidelines. You're someone who provides vital support at all times, including early mornings starting as early as 3am, with early finishes following early starts!
