If you are an experienced Nurse this is a great opportunity to join their friendly surgical team. The hospital undertakes a range of procedures including orthopaedic, urological, cosmetic, spinal, gynaecological and general surgical procedures. The services has 4 theatres, 25 beds, a state- of- the- art endoscopy suite, oncology suite and dedicated clinics. The team are passionate about the high quality care they provide and looking for a like minded Senior Nurse to join the team. Duties and responsibilities You will be working as a Senior Nurse on a surgical ward as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for: Manage the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of planned care for patients Display effective management of clinical teams, in a safe and caring environment, in the most efficient and clinically effective way Support the Ward Manager and Head of Clinical Services in the overall management of the healthcare environment.
