Here’s what you’ll be doing: Manage credit control for the Stevenage office, handling both B2B & B2C debts. Achieve cash collection targets and KPIs aligned with business values. Liaise with Partners to collect debts per Credit Policy. Make recommendations to mitigate risk and improve cash collection. Conduct monthly debtor meetings with the Office Principal and partners. Resolve queries promptly. Refer default debts for further action. What we’re looking for: 3-5 years in credit control, ideally in a similar role. Proficient in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. Experience in professional services is advantageous but not essential. Proactive with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of legal debt recovery processes. Studying for CICM is a plus. Ability to manage change effectively. Experience with different systems and overcoming obstacles.
