Where you’d work: Bradford/Hybrid Working – a mix of working from home and in the office at Bradford. Work type:Permanent role, working full time, 37 hours per week. Primarily working Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm. We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaigns Advisor to play a key role in communicating and engaging with customers, colleagues and stakeholders about the company’s key messages and to influence behavioural change. As a brand and communications team, it’s our job to make sure we’re delivering the right message to our customers, colleague and stakeholders via the right channels, at the right time. As Campaigns Advisor, you’ll work in the Brand and Marketing team reporting to our Lead Campaigns Advisor where you’ll be responsible for the effective delivery of campaign activity across all audiences. You’ll work with your peers, the lead advisor and manager to develop strategies and campaign plans that will deliver customer and colleague campaigns to meet our business objectives. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with people internally and externally which will allow you to work seamlessly together so you can drive and deliver excellent customer campaigns. You’ll be able to naturally present and articulate details about the campaign as and when needed and you’ll also be able to manage these relationships to ensure deadlines, budgets and objectives are met. Using your knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising, you’ll make recommendations on campaign strategy, behaviour change models, channel selection and creative execution. Working with both our in-house brand team and our external creative agencies, you’ll come up with new and exciting ways to deliver meaningful content and experiences that customers can truly connect with. You’ll be confident at reporting on campaign performance and KPI’s. You’ll work with external marketing agencies to make sure our campaigns are performing to their full potential and can drive and implement changes if they’re not. You’ll make sure that our campaigns are being reported on consistently across multiple agencies and you’ll need to be able to translate campaign/media reports into something meaningful for colleagues within the business who aren’t used to typical marketing jargon. With the possibility of multiple projects and campaigns running simultaneously, you’ll need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage and prioritise workload accordingly. You’ll also be a great team player, supporting peers and collaborating to get the very best results. Not forgetting, you’ll have a creative flair to come up with the best and most engaging ways to communicate our messages to customers, colleagues and stakeholders and have the confidence to share your ideas with colleagues and agencies to bring these ideas to life.What skills & qualifications are we looking for? • Significant marketing, brand and communication experience • Experience of working in similar communications roles • Experience and knowledge of working with creative and print agencies • Knowledge of channels and using them to target audiences based on customer insight • Strong project management and process mapping skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time • Great team player with the ability to bring people together under a common goal to achieve desired outcomes • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with strong influencing and communication skills • Creative skills to enable strong campaign and brand development, with a keen eye for detail • Excellent organisation skills, proactive and confident in decision making and can use initiative to make key decisions • Proficient in Microsoft software such as: Excel, PowerPoint and Word and able to implement branding within these programmes• Degree desirable and /or professional qualification equivalent (CIM or CIPR qualification) • Experience in designing branded templates and other collateral, following brand guidelines would be advantageous • Excellent reporting and data analysis skills and proficient in reporting platforms such as Power BI would be advantageous Do we sound like your cup of tea?If you’ve got experience in marketing and campaigns and want to help us deliver excellent service for our customers whilst looking after the environment, apply today to find out what a career with Yorkshire Water can offer you.Please apply online and submit an up-to-date CV and covering letter outlining your suitability for the role.Recruitment Process:Closing Date – 2nd July, 2025If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
