There is an expectation that you will be a Practice Educator (or be willing to undertake training to qualify), be confident to provide development workshops and support formal training opportunities for Childrens Services staff and partner agencies alongside your peers. If you have not done this before you will be supported to develop these skills. This is a highly challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Social Worker wanting to further develop their skills in supporting others.The very supportive team consists of seven Practice Consultants who have a wealth of experience and each support a dedicated number of staff to build their skills and experience to be able to offer the best possible service to the children of Norfolk. It is a developmentally focused team who work collaboratively to share knowledge and skills between themselves and with others in the services and teams they support.
