Postal Code LE1 City Leicester Head Office Job DescriptionVeritas Careers are recruiting for a national automotive retailer who have a requirement for a Finance Team Sales Manager working in their busy used car sales operation based in Leicestershire.RequirementsThe role will require the right candidate to lead and inspire a team of Business Managers to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the F&I journey in one of the busiest motor retail environments in the UK A key part of the role will be to create a positive, high-performance culture that drives the team to exceed group F&I targets. In addition the person in this key role will: Act as the finance expert during the sales process, assisting customers in securing suitable funding solutions. Manage a pipeline of finance leads and collaborate with sales and specialist teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with our panel of lenders, staying updated on their latest policies and systems. Provide expert advice on finance products and identify opportunities to enhance revenue. Be the go-to resource for all motor finance queries and support overall F&I performance. Convert a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries into appointments and successful sales. Drive team performance while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including the FCA conduct framework. Monitor, coach, and develop team members through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews. Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and business operations.
