You will assist the Integrations Managers in getting our clients live with our solution as quickly and seamlessly as possible, working to troubleshoot technical issues during the integration process. Working with our Integrations Managers, you will advise customers on best practices and handle technical support requests You will identify product and documentation gaps in customer contexts and work with the Product team to prioritize and escalate them You will be developing our software to add new functionality, fix bugs, and working on improving the software process and the developer experience of using our software.What You'll Gain In This RoleThis is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to significantly enhance your skill set within a dynamic team.
