Service Project Manager Location: London Heathrow Working Format: Hybrid working 3 office and 2 home Salary: Up to GBP50,000pa Benefits: 28 days of annual leave (excluding bank holidays), Bupa medical cover, competitive pension plan Contract Type: PermanentOur client: Our client is a global leader in automated material handling systems and they are looking for aService Project Managerto play a pivotal role in delivering critical service projects within the Heathrow Airport Baggage environment.About the Role As a Service Project Manager, you ll be responsible for leading small-scale retrofit, modification, and revision projects from initial scope through to final handover. Working within a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment, you ll liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions across the full asset lifecycle: Design, Build, Operate, Maintain, and IT.Key Responsibilities: Manage service projects from proposal to completion at Heathrow Airport Scope and estimate project costs, prepare quotations, and develop detailed specifications Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, R&D, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure timely delivery Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and partners Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards Act as the primary point of contact for project-related operational and technical issues Ensure all activities comply with health and safety standards Deliver post-project documentation and support service handoversWhat You ll Bring: Experience or internship in project management or a related field Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple small projects simultaneously Commercial awareness and planning capability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with automated handling systems is a plus, but not requiredBenefits: 28 days annual leave (plus public holidays) Bupa Medical Cover YuLife wellbeing membership with GP access and rewards Cycle to work scheme Competitive pension with Aviva Career growth opportunities in a global organisation Access to Achievers our employee recognition and rewards platform#J-18808-Ljbffr
