We have an exciting opportunity for aNightshift Co-Ordinatorto help manage one of our busy branches. This challenging role requires leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver excellent on-shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your team focused on delivering great results and working safely will be key. The role may involve some duty management, for which full training will be provided.Opportunities and Operations There are real opportunities for progression across the Booker Group, with many Supervisors advancing into Store Management roles.We operate a 5/7 day schedule, with opening times varying by branch. Please visitselect Branch Locator to find current opening times.ResponsibilitiesEnsure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.Reduce stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.Minimize replenishment costs by ensuring efficient stock handling, appropriate product placement, and security in goods receiving.Collaborate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.Maintain effective replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.Candidate Skills and Experience To succeed, you should be passionate about providing exceptional operational standards, flexible, adaptable, and enjoy managing a team.
