The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.Full Time Salary Range£25,654.66 - £27,861.26 (depending on experience) based on full time hours, pro rata for part timeLocationWorksop, Bassetlaw and NewarkHoursFull-time, 37.5 hours per weekContract TypeFixed Term until 31st of March 2027Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hoursThe successful candidate will adopt apositive, holistic and empowering approachto support adults entering and progressing through recovery-focused substance misuse services. The aim is to enhance opportunities for service users and support sustainable, positive treatment outcomes.The role involves delivering a range of interventions, includingfront-of-house engagement, needle exchange, assessments, risk assessments and management plans . It may also includegroup work, drop-ins, and outreach , all aimed at building recovery capital and promoting long-term recovery and social reintegration.Flexibility is essential, as the post requires working across various sites and adjusting hours to meet service needs.Applicants should haverelevant experience in health and social care , soundknowledge of substance use , and strong skills incommunication, engagement, assessment, recovery planning and risk management .
