Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in SHEQ for global operations, ensuring compliance across all areas. Implement and sustain a SHEQ change program to foster a positive safety culture and enhance employee engagement at all levels. Support and influence leadership and staff to uphold health, safety, and environmental responsibilities in accordance with legislation and company policies. Champion initiatives, campaigns, and new processes to improve safety, health, environment, and quality standards. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure performance and report progress to the Executive Team. Review and update safety, health, environmental, and quality policies to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and relevant legislation. Lead the certification processes for ISO standards and manage surveillance audits. Stay informed about legislative changes and maintain compliance with policies and standards. Oversee incident investigations, ensuring quality and timeliness. Manage inspection and internal audit plans, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. Provide leadership to the SHEQ team and oversee safety activities and inspections. Develop and manage SHEQ budgets and contribute to prequalification and tender processes. Report on SHEQ performance regularly and liaise with external regulatory bodies. The Ideal Candidate NEBOSH Level 6 qualification or equivalent in Occupational Safety and Health. At least 3 years of experience in a senior SHEQ role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO and OSHA standards. Comprehensive understanding of HSE legislation and policies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
