This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position working Monday to Friday. Our offices are based in Peterborough, but we are flexible with where you do your work. Do you have the skills and knowledge to be a 1st Line IT Analyst? Provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a high level of quality at all times. You will work to achieve set KPIs and targets and will perform well under pressure. You will observe current processes and procedures and seek to implement new ideas to help the organisation grow. As a 1st line service desk analyst, your role is to provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high quality standards.
