The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.Duties Of This Role IncludeIndependently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care. Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care. Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.Applicants Should Meet The Following CriteriaHCPC-registered Physiotherapist. Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
