Working as part of TM’s Procurement Chapter, TM’s Supplier Governance Managers ensure the delivery of end-to-end services achieved to agreed SLAs and KPIs, as well as identifying and managing continuous business improvement opportunities. Your role will involve managing Supplier Relationship Meetings (monthly or quarterly) to monitor contracted service levels and KPIs, as well as strategic annual Governance Meetings to review and improve supplier performance across financial, engagement, commercial, contractual, operational, and security aspects. You will also provide training and support across the business for these forums. Facilitation of balanced scorecard development to align procurement and supplier performance. The other qualities we value: Telecoms experience (advantageous).
