About the Role As aRecruitment Consultant , you will: Develop new business– Win and grow clients in your specialist area. Manage the full 360° recruitment process– Business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and deal closing. Build long-term relationships– Partner with some of the biggest brands inTech & Commsglobally. Deliver exceptional talent solutions– Work with high-value clients and secure the best talent for their needs. Lead & mentor– Support junior consultants and share your expertise. If you’re currently in a resourcing/delivery role , we can help you transition into full business development with astructured plan . We’re Looking For people with a proven track record in recruitment and a desire to succeed, Ideal candidates will: Haveat least 6 months+ in a sourcing, delivery, or 360° recruitment role . Bedetermined– Have a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Showresilience– Handle rejection and push through challenges. Behardworking– Willing to put in the effort to earn big.
