We support flexible working, adopting a hybrid approach that balances office and home-based work based on personal and business needs.Salary:£59,000.00 - £92,500.00Expected Salary:£59,000 - £75,000Contract type:PermanentWorking pattern:Hybrid, with at least 1 day a week in the office in Bracknell, and additional ad-hoc meetings.Location:Bracknell (hybrid role)Key responsibilities You will lead and develop a team of Online Merchandisers, working across multiple On Demand Grocery partners, Category Planning Groups, and Specialist Shops. Your role involves influencing stakeholders to enhance commercial performance through optimized customer journeys, driving sales and profit while prioritizing customer satisfaction.You will build collaborative relationships across teams to ensure online customer journeys are well considered, and empower your team to use data and benchmarks to inform decisions on assortments, trade planning, campaigns, and propositions. You will own and deliver promotional and trade plans in collaboration with the wider team, CPGs, and suppliers.Essential skills/experienceOwnership of sales/margin targets and understanding of online metrics.Ability to influence across functions.Leadership experience in complex environments.Retail or commercial experience.Line management and people development skills.Desirable skills/experienceMinimum 2 years of trading experience.Knowledge of Online & On Demand Grocery markets.About The Partnership We are the largest employee-owned business in the UK, home to John Lewis and Waitrose.
