Backed by some of Silicon Valleys most prestigious investors, including household names in tech and e-commerce, this business is on a mission to make second-hand the first choice while promoting circular fashion.With a diverse and dynamic team spread across more than seven countries, the company brings together talent from global tech giants, elite universities, and leading fashion platforms to build a product thats as stylish as it is sustainable.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Performance Marketing Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and scaling growth across multiple channels. Youll be responsible for:Leading the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and testing emerging platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit.Managing a large-scale annual advertising budget (over $1M), ensuring efficient spend and a focus on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Using multi-touch attribution and data analysis to fine-tune campaigns and maximise full-funnel performance.Collaborating with design to develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.Tracking and reporting campaign results, providing strategic insights to leadership.Partnering with product and tech teams to ensure smooth tracking and attribution setup.Exploring opportunities to automate workflows using AI tools for reporting, creative development, and campaign management.Ideal Candidate Background Youll thrive in this role if you are a data-driven, results-focused marketer with a passion for performance and growth. The ideal candidate will bring:Strong experience in performance marketing with a track record in managing multi-channel acquisition strategies.Hands-on experience running high-budget campaigns (ideally $1M+ annually) in fast-paced environments, preferably marketplaces.Expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, including product feed management via Google Merchant Center and Meta/TikTok Commerce Managers.Proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics and Google Sheets to inform decisions.A customer-first mindset and the ability to align performance marketing with broader business objectives.Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting results and insights.Why Join?Be part of an ambitious, values-led team making a real impact in sustainable fashion.
