This is an expansion role created due to sustained client demand and the firms continued growth trajectory in the property market. The position will suit someone who thrives in a client-facing, quality-focused environment, enjoys teamwork, and is ready to take ownership of their files while being well-supported.Team and CultureYoull be joining a collaborative, friendly, and well-established team made up of six qualified conveyancers and six dedicated support staff. The team operates across two officesEast and South Londonand takes pride in being proactive, communicative, and down-to-earth. Youll work closely with experienced peers and receive one-to-one administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a mixed residential conveyancing caseload including freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership mattersHandling transactions from instruction to completion, with full client ownershipLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholdersAdvising on title issues, lease extensions, and SDLT requirementsWorking collaboratively across both office locations with shared work allocationContributing to team meetings, compliance procedures, and best practice sharingImpact of the RoleYour role will be central to the conveyancing teams continued success, and youll be encouraged to make a visible impact early on. With direct client contact and responsibility, youll play a key part in driving client satisfaction, reinforcing the firms reputation for excellence, and growing your own professional profile within the firm.Working OptionsThe firm offers a hybrid working model, typically with three days in the office and two from home.
