Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure retail tech systems meet operational needs and deliver a seamless experience across stores.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the roadmap for integrated retail solutions, including POS and self-checkout platformsCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and prioritiesWork with internal developers and third-party vendors to deliver and test new featuresEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standardsMonitor performance, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvementWhat Youll BringExperience as a Product Owner or similar role in retail technologyStrong background in Point of Sale (POS) systems and in-store retail technologyEnd-to-end product lifecycle management experienceTechnical understanding of software development and system integrationFamiliarity with ITIL service management, particularly incident and problem resolutionExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
