This is a critical role with a focus on rail and bridge works, involving the coordination and delivery of complex civils packages in a live rail environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of worksOversee construction of bridges, structures, and associated rail infrastructureLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersDrive programme delivery, quality assurance, and cost controlEnsure full compliance with project HSEQ policies and Network Rail standardsChair site meetings and liaise with designers, planners, and client representativesRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Agent on major rail/civils projectsStrong background in bridge construction and structural worksSolid understanding of Network Rail procedures and standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDegree or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), SMSTS, and PTS essentialWhats On Offer:Rate up to 450/day (Inside IR35)Long-term contract on a nationally significant infrastructure schemeOpportunity to take ownership of complex works in a high-performing teamIf youre a capable Site Agent with bridges and rail experience looking for your next challenge on a flagship project, get in touch now to find out more.
