Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for providing both electrical & mechanical, planned and reactive maintenance on polymer recycling machines (on-site). This role consists of a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and 4 days off, repeated.Responsibilities: Responsible for electrical & mechanical maintenance of polymer recycling machines on-site. This role includes planned preventative & reactive maintenance. Also fault finding. Monitor, modify and troubleshoot PLCs on automated conveyors & machinery on-site. Assist with installations on-site, on an infrequent basis. This role is 60% electrical, 40% mechanical.Requirements: 3 years' experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance engineering position. Electrically biassed engineering experience, with strong mechanical aptitude (ideally a 60/40 split). NVQL3 minimum qualification in electrical engineering. Our client will also consider mechanical engineering.
