We invest in nurturing talent, offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, and support continuous professional development at every level of the organisation.Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 from homeMedical Health Cover and Life Assurance25 days of annual leave, plus 1 additional day for your birthdayPension SchemeCar AllowanceFamily Friendly policies (Enhanced maternity & paternity)Refer a friend bonus schemeFlexible benefits, retail, technology and bike discountsReal career progression opportunities.Discretionary annual salary reviewsWhat youll be doing:Own the technical delivery and strategy throughout the pre-construction phase, ensuring compliance with Dalkias Project Delivery System (PDS).Establish and oversee technical deliverables plans, managing internal and external design reviews.Identify, manage, and mitigate design and technical risks effectively.Coordinate the engagement of specialist contributors (e.g. MMC/offsite, CDP designers) at appropriate project stages.Ensure fully coordinated and clearly communicated designs across all disciplines.Discharge Dalkias legal and technical duties under CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act.Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.Drive value engineering processes and manage design changes in collaboration with project teams.Define consultant scope, manage design fees, and align deliverables with pricing, procurement, and delivery strategies (including DRM/BG6).Work closely with digital engineers, project engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design across all phases.Diversity and InclusionAt Dalkia, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is essential to driving innovation and achieving a sustainable energy future.
