What Youll Be DoingAs a Senior Bridge Engineer, youll not only be designing cutting-edge structures but also helping to drive business growth and manage multidisciplinary teams. Heres a snapshot of what youll be involved in:Leading and undertaking assignments across the UK and internationally; delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest standardsUndertaking structural design and analysis using high-end analysis and design software across a broad range of structural types and using various international standardsAssisting in the management of the design process that may include other related design disciplinesCoordinating design as part of an internal team and liaising with external associated professionals and our clientsManaging project time, budgets, and resources, ensuring everything stays on trackOverseeing and mentoring junior engineers, supporting their professional development and Chartership progressCollaborating with internal and external teams in a cross-functional environment What Were Looking ForWe need a strong technical engineer with leadership capabilities who is ready to make an impact on some of the worlds most exciting and complex projects.
