The initial project involves the replacement of two large AHUs but includes significant additional works such as rooftop steelwork and internal modifications.This is a live environment project requiring a highly methodical and safety-conscious approach. Success in this role may lead to long-term involvement in a wider programme of over 30 similar projects over the next ten years.Key Responsibilities:Manage the replacement of two AHUs including structural steelwork on the roof and internal mechanical adaptationsDeliver works within a live operational environment while ensuring minimal disruptionLead on health and safety planning including method statements and risk assessmentsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet time and budget targetsOversee logistics, temporary works and commissioning activitiesReport progress, risks and any issues to senior stakeholdersCandidate Profile:Mechanical background ideally within building services or M&E focused environmentsExperience delivering complex mechanical packages in live settingsPrevious experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager working on technically demanding projectsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issuesComfortable developing and enforcing high health and safety standardsWhat is Offered:Immediate requirement with flexible start date within the next one to three monthsLong-term potential with a pipeline of projects spanning up to ten yearsClear career development path with the option to progress from CM to PMOpportunity to build and lead a dedicated delivery team over time
