The successful candidate will help design, deploy, and support cutting-edge video processing platforms used across broadcast and streaming services. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a background in automation, systems integration, and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and software deployment pipelines for both on-premises and AWS environments.Develop API integrations between internal systems and third-party broadcast technologies.Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure robust and scalable integrations.Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost-optimization across engineering platforms.Provide advanced troubleshooting and 3rd-line production support using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.Maintain detailed technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational runbooks.Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.What Youll BringHands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Concourse, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Proficient in one or more programming languages: Python, Java/Groovy, JavaScript, NodeJS.Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including:Linux system administrationDatabase management (SQL/NoSQL)Storage solutions (NAS, SAN, S3)Networking (DNS, VPN, Load Balancing)Cybersecurity fundamentalsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience implementing monitoring and alerting strategies using observability tools.Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and engage technical/non-technical stakeholders.Team OverviewThe Content Technology & Innovation team delivers high-quality digital content to customers and partners across various European markets.
