Theyve created a new role for a Quality Assistant to support the team and help ensure products remain compliant and ready for market.THE ROLEWith support and training available if needed, youll play a key role in keeping products compliant and ready for sale, working across UK, EU, and global standards relating to sustainability, product safety, and packaging.Youll be responsible for:Collecting, checking, and maintaining key compliance documentsKeeping online listings on platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop live by submitting accurate compliance documentationChecking products to ensure product quality and labelling accuracyCommunicating with suppliers in the UK, EU and Far EastWorking with wider teams in Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce and Product DesignSupporting the wider QA function with general adminStaying up to date with updates to product compliance guidelinesABOUT YOUThis role would suit someone who has an interest in product safety, environmental sustainability, and a curiosity for how things work and how consumer goods get to market.
