They supply Tier 1 construction companies, roofing contractors, and the solar industry with unique, high-performance products that solve complex issues like waterproofing riser penetrations and structural fixings.Your new roleWe are looking for a technically skilled and highly organised individual to join the Research and Development team. You will lead and support projects through the entire R&D lifecycle-from concept to launch-ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and manufacturing capabilities.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with stakeholders to define product specifications and strategyConducting market and technical research to identify new opportunitiesLeading cross-functional teams through the R&D processManaging project timelines, budgets, and resourcesEnsuring product compatibility with manufacturing processesSupporting quality assurance and product reliability effortsWhat you'll need to succeedWe're looking for someone with a solid foundation in engineering and a proven track record in R&D within the construction product sector.
