Are you a hands-on engineer with a knack for solving problems and getting systems up and running? We're looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join a growing technical team, helping deliver and support cutting-edge lighting control systems for a range of commercial projects.Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.What Youll Be Doing:Commission lighting systems and connect them to control panels on client sitesSet up and test components like sensors, switches, and control modulesWork with DALI, LonWorks, and IP-based systems to get everything running smoothlyTroubleshoot and fix any issues on siteTrain clients on how to use their lighting systemsProvide support after installation to keep systems running at their bestKeep detailed reports and documentation for each jobWhat Were Looking For:35 years experience commissioning lighting or electrical systemsConfident working with PCB designs and control panelsGood understanding of DALI, 1-10V dimming, and IP networksSomeone who enjoys being on-site and working independentlyCSCS card (or willing to get one)Full UK driving licenceWhats in It for You:Salary between 43,000 and 46,000 (based on experience)35-hour work week (Monday to Friday)25 days holiday + bank holidaysVitality healthcare and life insurancePaid overtimePension schemeTravel paid for, plus 10 daily subsistence allowanceBonuses paid twice a year when projects are completedOngoing training and developmentIf you're an experienced engineer who enjoys seeing systems come to life, this could be a great fit.
