You will play a key role in supporting, repairing, and maintaining advanced equipment used by customers worldwide. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, and event preparation.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair company products; determine if replacement is neededComplete documentation for repairs, returns, and shipmentsSet up and configure new equipment for productionApply Engineering Change Orders to stockSupport customers by phone and email, resolving technical issuesGuide users on software updates and installationsPrepare and ship demo or loan equipmentSupport trade show setup and travel to events or customer sitesTrain staff and clients on product use and repair proceduresReport product issues to engineering; assist in testing prototypesRequirements:Essential:Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent experience35 years experience in electronics repairStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to travel occasionally across EuropeProficient in soldering (including surface-mount), using hand/power tools and test equipmentSkilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointPhysically able to lift up to 23 kgDesirable:Experience with PCBs, mechanical assemblies, and reading schematicsKnowledge of current wiring standardsBackground in entertainment technologyBenefits:Salary: 32,00037,500 (based on experience)Private health and wellness coverRetirement planCareer development and training opportunitiesInclusive team environment
