As part of their expansion, were seeking skilled Lead Civils Operatives to supervise 2-person teams delivering high-quality fibre installations.Your Role: Clear blockages and complete civils works (track work, chamber builds, core drills) Use rod & rope techniques to install subduct/cables Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to high standards Ensure compliance with Openreach and health 'safety regulations Complete digital job documentation Flexible weekend work (when required) Your Skills and Experience: NRSWA and PIA certifications (essential) Proficient in using an excavator, plate compactor, and Stihl saw.
