What You'll Be DoingOwn and deliver commercial performance across the full project lifecycle from estimate to final account.Drive robust cost forecasting and ensure financial information is audit-ready and accurate.Shape and lead procurement strategy and subcontractor management aligned with NEC contracts.Work side-by-side with the Project Director and stakeholders to drive value and mitigate risk.Develop commercial processes and mentor junior team members to raise overall capability.
