Someone who understands that quality isnt just a department its a standard that the whole site should live and breathe.Quality Assurance Manager Worcestershire Monday to Friday, 40 hoursThis is a hands-on role where your voice will be heard. Youll be central to how we run our Quality Management System (QMS), manage audits, and drive improvement. Not just to meet standards, but to raise them.What youll actually be doing:Looking after the QMS keeping it current, compliant and usefulLeading internal and external audits (BRC, customer audits, etc.)Managing the sites lab and making sure testing is spot-onSupporting the ops team on quality controls not just checking their workTracking key metrics like the Quality Index and turning numbers into actionBuilding great relationships with suppliers and customersFinding ways to reduce waste and improve how things are doneSharing knowledge and helping others get better at what they doWhat were looking for:Experience as a QA Manager or similarStrong knowledge of QMS, HACCP (Level 4), and food safety standardsFamiliar with BRC and retailer audits ideally in a chilled or dairy environmentConfident communicator, both on the shop floor and in front of an auditorGood with Excel, organised, and not fazed by the detailSomeone who genuinely wants to make a differenceWhat youll get in return:A competitive salaryUp to 10% annual bonus33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Life assurance (4x salary)Free, secure onsite parkingAccess to discounts at 800+ retailersA team that backs each other and takes pride in doing things properlyIf youre someone who likes being at the heart of quality solving problems, improving systems, and being a trusted voice in the room this could be a great fit.Want to know more?
