Youll be empowered to work with autonomy, backed by a collaborative, down-to-earth team that celebrates success and supports your career growth.This company take progression seriously, if you are wanting to work your way to the very top of the ladder, they will ensure those needs are met what they ask in return is a trusted, hard-working individual who wants to be apart of their continued success and make a mark on new-build and large-scale schemes.The Role:Manage project budgets and cost plans from start to finishPrepare feasibility studies and cost estimates for new developmentsLead procurement advice, tender documentation, and contractor negotiationsOversee financial control, valuations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycleProvide strategic cost advice to private developers on large-scale residential schemesHandle post-contract cost control, including variations, final accounts, and complianceThe Person:Proven QS experience (ideally within a consultancy environment for private developers)MRICS or working towards itContact Hannah.wade@konkergroup.com
