What Youll Own & Lead: Shape Quality StrategyPartner with the Site Director to design and evolve the Quality Management System (QMS).Set and steer strategic quality goals to support business growth and compliance excellence.Turn quality data into actionable insights that help drive smarter decisions. Lead QA Systems & Continuous ImprovementOwn and oversee CAPA, deviation, and error management from root cause to resolution.Manage the change control process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.Champion training and development, embedding a quality mindset across the site. Ensure Regulatory ExcellenceTake the lead on compliance across all manufacturing, testing, and distribution activities aligned with UK regulations and global pharma standards.Protect the integrity of every product, from raw materials to final release. Drive Operational IntegrityLead supplier qualification audits and maintain a robust, trustworthy supply chain.Conduct internal audits to keep systems sharp, efficient, and inspection-ready.Manage our document control system, ensuring up-to-date procedures that meet both GMP and corporate standards.Handle recalls and complaints with speed and confidence in close collaboration with regulatory authorities. What You Bring:Proven experience in pharmaceutical QA, ideally in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)Validation experience is desirable, by not a must. Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.A confident, collaborative communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team.
